Cleaning As If It Is My Own Property
With over 30 years of cleaning experience and training, every property I clean, I clean as if it is my own. Why would you be happy if I am not happy with the end product? I am known for my attention to detail, and a thorough and trustworthy cleaning. We are an IICRC certified firm which means I have been professionally trained to handle your cleaning needs the correct way.
CARPET
Carpets and rugs help to make a home or business feel welcoming. However, carpets and rugs are much more vulnerable to wear and they can be significantly more difficult to clean. After all, you can’t sweep and mop a carpet, and even a vacuum cleaner won’t get all of the dirt and other contaminants. Professional carpet cleaning is necessary if you want to keep your carpets in top condition.
We charge by the square foot and you only pay for what we can clean. Our prices include moving most furniture (special blocks are left under the furniture during the carpet drying time). We also offer special carpet protectant.
Dry Times can vary depending on humidity and soil conditions of the carpet, but in most cases you will find the carpet dry to the touch in 3-5 hours.
UPHOLSTERY
It can be difficult to keep your sofas, recliners, and dining room chairs clean. No matter how hard we try, dirt, grime, and stains always have a way of appearing on our upholstery. Tile is an amazing flooring choice for any home or business for many reasons however it can be difficult to maintain overtime. When it comes to spot cleaning, tile is one of the easiest materials to tidy up, but like carpet, grime builds up over time and dulls your tile’s appearance and discolour's the grout.
Grout is a porous material that can’t be cleaned with regular mopping.
